Free Shipping in Canada

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Canada on orders exceeding $99 (before taxes and post-discount), subject to possible exclusions. Take advantage of this offer to save on shipping costs!

Express Shipping Option

For urgent needs, we provide an express shipping option within Canada at a flat rate of $20. This guarantees expedited delivery of your order for your convenience.

Standard Shipping for Orders Under $100

Orders under $100 (before taxes and post-discount) within Canada will incur a standard shipping fee of $15. This ensures prompt delivery of your items at an affordable cost.

In-Store Pickup

We offer complimentary in-store pickup. You will be notified by email when your order is available for collection. If someone other than yourself will pick up the order, please inform us in advance. Proof of identification may be requested.

$1 Sticker Shipping

Stickers can be mailed in a stamped envelope at a cost of $1. Please be aware that customers assume all risk if the letter is lost in transit.

Shipping Schedule

Please note that we do not dispatch packages on statutory holidays and weekends. Our shipping services operate exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday).

We are happy to ship to our neighbours to the South, and we have special shipping rates based on the size of the product for our American customers.

Shipping to the United States may experience extended shipping times depending on how long it takes the parcel to make it through customs. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. The Choice exclusively ships international orders with tracking for your peace of mind. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items that they do not wish to keep. Please see our return policy for more information.

International Shipping

Keep in mind that some items might be too large for international shipping, or your country may not yet be integrated into our system.

All orders are meticulously packaged and prepared for shipping within 48 hours of order placement. Please note that weekends and special holidays may lead to a delay in package pickup.

If you identify an error in your order or address, please notify us promptly. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for customer errors once the package is collected by our shipping partners.

Tracking Information

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information from Click Ship, enabling you to monitor the progress of your order.

Refused Shipments

  • Shipments declined by the buyer for delivery will incur return shipping charges, deducted from the refund.
  • This is not applicable if refusal is instructed by a Choice Shop Staff Member.

Free Shipping over $99 Exclusions

Certain large or heavily discounted snowboards do not qualify for free shipping unless the order total exceeds $300.
