Return Policy


Don't stress, we are here to help, and we are awesome at it. If you have any questions, concerns, or need to return a product that you purchased from The Choice, please email [email protected] with your first and last name, phone number, and what you need from us. If you don't hear from us in a reasonable amount of time, please call 250-489-4568, or hit us up on Messenger or Instagram.

Items purchased from The Choice Shop must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. After 30 days from the delivery date items can still be exchanged for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging, with all of the original tags and branding attached.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card may be returned for store credit.

There are certain situations where refunds will be refused:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items missing packaging or tags
  • Items that come back with strong unpleasant odors
  • Items not purchased from The Choice

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on the situation, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit.

Sale items
Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

We are happy to create a shipping label for you. We get great shipping rates, and this can save you money. You will have to have a way to print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel.  The cost of shipping the item back to The Choice will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be properly packaged so that no harm is caused to the product during shipping. Snowboards should be shipped in snowboard specific boxes. Shoe boxes, snowboard binding boxes, snowboard boot boxes, and goggle boxes should be free of tape and markings.

Returned items that received free shipping with purchase will have the original shipping charge paid by The Choice deducted from your refund and applied to a store credit. You can use this credit for your next purchase, and it will never expire :). For example, let's say that you are returning a snowboard that you purchased for $558, and let's say we paid $69 to ship the snowboard to you. We will deduct $69 from your refund and apply that to a store credit, we also deduct $69 from the refund for the shipping label to get the item back to us, leaving you with a refund of $420 bro.

Refund = Original Purchase Price - Store credit equal to the price of shipping item to you - Cost of shipping to get item back to us.

Shipping and receiving times may vary depending on where you live, and the shipping service used.

If you choose to ship the item on your own, please add tracking. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
