Precision engineered for the demands of Travis Rice, the Union Falcor is built for riders who push the boundaries of big mountain snowboarding. Lightweight, responsive, and ultra-durable, the Falcor features a unique Forged Hybrid highback and responsive Stage 6 Duraflex CB baseplate for dialed control at high speeds and in critical terrain.

S12 Duraflex Blue

A traditional snowboard baseplate is made of a single layer with the same material and stiffness throughout. Union’s all-new 2 Layer baseplate construction allows us to have two individual layers: the Core and the Frame. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.

Asymmetrical Molecular Bushing

More durable and more cushioned than traditional thermoformed EVA, Molecular Bushings act as a suspension system between the baseplate and the boards top sheet, to help reduce vibrations from harsh snow pack. The all-new asymmetrical bushing shape allows for increased freestyle flexibility and natural inward canting while riding.

TS 6.0 Toe Strap

Separating the exterior toe strap frame and interior rubber grip allows the rubber grip to form fit perfectly to any boot shape on the market today, while a new more integrated toe connector gives the the binding a more f inished overall look.

Hybrid 1.0

Instant response meets all day long foot comfort. The Hybrid 1.0 ankle strap combines our responsive Exoframe exterior with the cushioned comfort and flexibility of the Forma interior. The all-new V cut shape allows riders to push forward into the ankle strap without pressure points. Lightweight, durable, and extremely comfortable, the Hybrid 1.0 ankle strap has quickly become a new freestyle team favorite.

Magnesium S1 Ratchets

Magnesium S1 ratchets are Union’s answer to the elements. A fully integrated spring protected from the harsh outside provides you with Union’s best ratchet to date. Longer life span and better spring return guaranteed.

S20 Asym Forged Hybrid 3.0

Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue and Italian made Forged Carbon combine to create a flex profile that compliments Travis Rice’s aggressive freestyle riding. The stiff and responsive Forged Carbon spine allows for instant edge to edge control, while the nylon frame allows for freestyle flexibility and comfort. The updated asymmetrical shape follows the natural angle of the leg for a more anatomical fit and flex. 10% lighter than the previous generation of Falcor highbacks.
